  • Do you offer any warranties?

    We provide a comprehensive 10-year service warranty, in addition to warranties offered by the manufacturers of our products.

  • How much is installation?

    The cost of installation is included in the price when you purchase new window treatments from us.

  • How long does it take for my window treatments to be installed after I place my order?

    Most of our window treatments are ready for installation within three to four weeks after ordering. Plantation shutters, however, typically require eight to 10 weeks for delivery.

  • What is the difference between blinds and shades?

    Blinds are composed of individual slats that can be tilted to control light. Shades are made from a single piece of fabric that can be raised or lowered to cover the window. Blinds offer more flexibility in light control, while shades are either fully opened or closed.

  • What are the best window treatment options for insulation?

    For optimal window insulation, we recommend plantation shutters as the best option. Our second recommendation would be honeycomb shades, which also provide excellent insulation properties.
